**The purpose of this role is**:

- To assist in coordination activities of international import and/or export shipments by providing exceptional customer service through focusing on the individual directly or through the support of the team members, promoting long-term customer relationships and customer loyalty.

**What you will do:

- **
- Communicate with truck companies, shipping lines, customers, and other M&S offices.
- Coordinate and schedule the pick-up of bulk liquid products with trucking companies.
- Place bookings for tank containers with shipping lines and collect and forward all relevant documentation.
- Invoice customers and allocate the costs correctly within the inhouse system.
- Report to the Senior Operator and Country Manager to assist with internal and external requests and actions.
- Establish good working relations and communicate effectively with relevant agents, depots, and haulers.
- Update and maintain shipment information in our in-house system.

**What you will bring:

- Good IT, verbal, and written skills.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in administration and/or customer service or a Diploma/Higher Nitec or equivalent in the relevant field relating to the job role i.e., Logistics, Maritime Supply, Business Administration.
