Overview
Our client is an international freight and shipping company. They are currently looking for a
Junior Operations Controller
to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities
Handles end-to-end all the operations sea bookings, including document handling and creation.
Agent and partner communication and tracking throughout the process.
Internal communications between offices/ clients on shipments.
CargoWise file creations and management.
Ensure systems are kept up to date throughout the process. (CargoWise)
Ensure processes are being adhered to throughout shipping process.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years experience in Logistics
General knowledge of Imports / Exports / General Logistics / Warehousing/ Customs / Rate Understanding
Sea freight knowledge (Importing and Exporting / Cross Trades)
SE Asia Knowledge
