Affyn is a Singapore-based company with a global reach, pioneering the gaming model with a sustainable economy where rewards earned in the virtual world can also be utilized in the real world, and building metaverses to bring more people together.We are looking for a **Head of Communications and Content **, a crucial leadership role within the marketing department, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will be responsible for developing and executing the overall Communications, Content and PR strategy and plan. This includes overseeing the development of marketing communication strategies, managing the company's public image and reputation, and working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the brand is consistently represented and communicated in a positive and cohesive manner. You will also manage a small but highly efficient team of content strategists, video and graphic designers, and marketing specialists.

**Key responsibilities may include**:

- Developing and implementing the overall product and marketing content strategy and communication plan
- Managing the company's public image and reputation
- Ensuring that all communication efforts align with the company's goals and values
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate communication efforts into overall business strategy

**Key requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital content and/or communication, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of branding and communication principles and best practices
- Excellent people management, leadership and team collaboration skill sets
- Experience developing and implementing successful content and communication strategies from scratch
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience/knowledge in Gaming or Web3 industry will be advantageous
