About Level Infinite
Level Infinite is a global gaming brand dedicated to delivering high-quality and engaging interactive entertainment experiences to a worldwide audience, wherever and however they choose to play. It operates from bases in Amsterdam and Singapore with staff around the world.
Level Infinite is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to organise and manage our worldwide content, coverage, social media and community-building/influencer efforts. We need someone who can work with multiple teams, internal stakeholders and game studios to pull together the videos, articles, podcasts, creatives, visuals and other digital content that helps us tell our Level Infinite brand story to the outside world and for our game-development studios.
You’ll need to be highly organized, creating content and social media/community schedules and plans, making assignments for various teams and events, commissioning freelancers to produce written, visual and audio content. Previous experience dealing with vendors and agencies is important. This job is best-suited to a former desk editor, social media or community head at a media or content-focused company. Deadlines will vary for each event, activity or assignment, so you’ll have to be efficient and unflappable in dealing with requests and issues related to stakeholders all over the world. Ours is a rapidly growing unit that requires you to step up, pivot deftly, punch above your weight and achieve results, regardless of circumstances. You will be expected to create or enforce structures, systems and processes and help the Head of Communications, social media, community and brand teams maintain quality standards so that the stories of our brand can be told clearly and vividly across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise our top-quality content services and beam our capabilities to multiple business teams, including development, publishing, branding, technology and others
- Work closely with internal units and stakeholders to craft content plans for events
- Collaborate with the communications team, business teams and branding team to craft and execute their content plans and help them with their longer-term strategic content-planning support for owned, earned and paid media, including but not limited to websites, press releases, game reviews, trailers, conferences etc.
- Actively identify gaps in and opportunities for our messaging and storytelling, proposing and implementing changes at both the branding and game project levels across multiple owned channels
- Build and maintain a strong collaboration network with partners from agencies/production companies and vendors
**Requirements**:
- 8+ years' experience in content management, social media, mass media/journalism as a news or desk editor. Prior experience with social media or community management is an advantage.
- Prior experience in public relations, marketing or a related field is also a plus
- Strong understanding of news publishing, management of website, social media, community forums and other owned channels is important
- Experience working overseas will be helpful
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
