**Responsibilities**:
- Handle full spectrum of Office Manager function including office set-up, general admin
- Accounting related support - expense processing, filing, bank remittance, handling of deposits and withdrawals, settlement of accounts
- Liaise with accounting firms
- Office management in general - general affairs related to office set-up, maintain office supplies and equipment etc)
- Liaising and communicating with China as well as global offices.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma Holder
- Experience in office setup is a MUST
- Experiences working in startup company
- Fluent in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
- Flexible and initiative
