**Responsibilities**:
The Product Manager for AI software solutions will create the vision and deliver new software products powered by AI. Bridge the gap between technical teams and business goals, ensuring our AI software solutions deliver maximum value to users and stay ahead in the fast-paced world of artificial intelligence. This is a critical role that involves a high level of interaction with a variety of team members and executives.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Own the vision, requirements, and delivery on a cross-functional development team with your decisions having a direct impact on the business.
- Lead the integration of AI models into products, ensuring seamless interaction between AI algorithms and user-facing functionalities. Collaborate with data science teams to define requirements for model development, testing, and deployment.
- Drive strategy and execution from concept to in-market, accountable for meeting milestone commitments and business targets.
- Create and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, UX designers, sales, and marketing.
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical insights into business value.
- Oversee go-to-market strategy for AI software products, working closely with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches.
- Analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. Maintain the product backlog, ensure work is defined and prioritized, approve completed work.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
- Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business value.
- Work closely across teams to drive targets, priority changes, manage dependencies and coordinate deliverables through all phases of the product life cycle.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of software product management experience or equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data science, and software development processes.
- Launched at least 1 well-known public IP or public-facing initiatives on known software products / platforms.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, user-centered product features.
- Take ownership mentality with a drive to "get things done" and be invested in the outcome.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions based on both data analysis and customer feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, both technical and non-technical.
- Gamer and game industry experience preferred.

**Education & Experience**

4-year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

**Travel Requirements**

Role based in Singapore office and may require up to 1 travel trip per year.
