**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee Manufacturing Operations: Manage the entire production process for luxury leather handbags, from raw material selection to final assembly, ensuring efficiency and adherence to AUPEN’s high standards.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure every product meets AUPEN’s luxury craftsmanship standards, including inspections at each stage of production.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with design, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production workflows and timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
- Direct-to-Consumer Focus: Optimize production schedules and inventory management to support AUPEN’s direct-to-consumer model, ensuring agility in responding to market trends and customer needs.
- Cultural Adaptability: Work effectively in diverse, overseas environments, adapting to local manufacturing practices while maintaining AUPEN’s global standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and sustainability initiatives within the production line.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years in luxury leather handbag manufacturing, with a deep understanding of production processes, materials, and craftsmanship standards.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience managing supervisors or production leads.
- In-depth knowledge of handbag construction techniques, including stitching methods (e.g., hand-stitching, machine stitching), leather preparation (cutting, skiving), assembly, and finishing (edge painting, polishing).
- Familiarity with hardware integration (e.g., zippers, buckles, rivets) and quality assurance for luxury accessories.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in French is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of manufacturing professionals in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
