We are looking for a partnerships superstar who can manage our fast-growing client base. If you enjoy meeting business owners and chasing sales targets, this could be a suitable role for you We also expect a strong self-starter who can work in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.

You will be at the forefront of this incredible time for Elliot&CO., elevating the growth of both Elliot and our clients. If successful, you will shadow our Partnerships Manager, before running the ground.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue Generation
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Development of new accounts to achieve revenue target for company and division
- Lead Qualification & Generation
- Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about -purchasing
- Nurturing Prospects
- Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with stakeholders to influence and achieve business goals
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Developing proposals through PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Closing Leads
- Preparation of service agreements for clients, ensuring detail and accuracy
- Facilitation of client payment through administration & handover toward PR team
- Reporting/Networking
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Developing monthly marketing report regarding sales performance and business analysis
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of experience in sales and business development related roles
- Familiarity with the sales landscape in Singapore, ideally for SMEs & start-ups
- at least one year working/study experience in PR/communications (plus point)

- Outstanding communication skills - both written and oral, with the ability to communicate with, and adapt to, different communication styles at all levels
- You are able to cope well under pressure
- You have a positive attitude, are keen to learn
- Able to demonstrate resourcefulness, resilience, and grit.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
