**The Role**:
The position leads a team of Implementation Specialist in achieving operational excellence by implementing efficiencies in processes, setting guiding principles, meeting delivery targets, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high quality service standards. The role of the Implementation Manager is to manage 3rd party(offnet) ordering and delivery in APAC. This includes network products and services such as MPLS/IPVPN, Internet, Wavelengths, Ethernet, Cross-connects & CPE.
**The Main Responsibilities**:
- Builds a high performance team; hires and retains the right talent in the right roles; sets goals, delegates work, holds reports accountable; develops and empowers direct reports to make decisions and take action.
- Demonstrates Company’s values, maintains a positive open demeanor, encourages different points of view, moves team forward through change; provides timely information; communicates context for business decisions; recognizes accomplishments; fosters teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficient in network design in relation to how various products are deployed, understands country related ordering processes, establishing regulatory & financial guidelines
- Collaborate with internal regional, cross-regional team, cross functional team to understand key success factors in achieving successful implementation of offnet services.
- Ensuring timely and efficient delivery, manage vendor delivery efficiencies to meet customer timelines and satisfaction
- Implement process improvements and optimization, streamline workflows and enhance communication with vendors & various functions.
- Identify and act on opportunities to reduce time & cost wastage. Establish procedures and provide training to reduce errors and improve task completion rates.
- Drives vendor escalations and support performance improvements reviews through executive forums.
- Manages team workload in alignment with revenue commitments and objective targets across multiple orders, systems, and processes.
- Performance monitoring and reporting of key operational metrics
- At least 5 years telecommunications or related provisioning experience.
- Minimum graduate in Infocomm Technology or equivalent
- Understands and implements off-net ordering instructions from the design team. Proficient in Project management skill and experience
- Manages Service Improvement plans with key vendors and internal company stakeholders resulting in alignment, accountability, and ownership. Includes prioritization for maximum results, creation of sustained process improvements, and elimination of financial waste.
- Be able to master an Operational understanding of the vendor relationship to identify/deploy improvement initiatives resulting in improved end user customer experience.
- Ability to ask question, listen, identify and address obstacles in a persuasive/empowering manner to drive accountability and confidence that the team, functional teams & vendors are proactively addressing these obstacles.
- Ability to identify and address mitigation actions in a fast-paced environment, proactively aligning with various functions to achieve results
- Supervisory skills, providing coaching, leadership to the reporting team
