**Responsibilities**
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics, user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and measure the success of every social media campaign to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Set specific KPI and create report for measuring the success of every social media campaign

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing /Communication/PR or relevant field
- At least 4 years of social media marketing role
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with social media marketing tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Experience in Forex/CFD/Cryptocurrency trading services /Online trading platform/Fintech industry would be a plus
