
Enterprise Client Executive

Senior, strategic consultative position that provides account-level leadership. Aligns Itron capabilities and offerings with the customers strategic initiatives and operates as the clients trusted advisor. Responsible for accounts within Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines. This role is open to applicants in Singapore and Malaysia.
**Primary Deliverables**
- Develop and close new and incremental business across assigned Water, Electricity and Smart City accounts
- Identify, qualify, create account/engagement plans and execute against the plan
- Responsible for bookings and revenue quota across all business lines
- Understand market, customer drivers, competition, and regulatory environment
- Position as the customers trusted advisor for the long-term customer relationship
- Own executive relationship across the customer enterprise
- Partner with customer enablement team to ensure we deliver to our commitments
**Responsibilities/ Tasks to Perform**
- develop and incubate relationships within the Utilities (electric and Water) and Municipalities sector
- Develop partnerships with C-suite leaders or customers within the targeted sectors (Utilities, water co-ops, Municipalities etc.)
- Comfortable interacting/engaging with Energy Regulators in various Countries
- Present value messaging effectively to customers with solutions selling mindset
- Respond to tender opportunities and lead pursuit strategy
- Seek & establish deep understanding of the client’s business across all client stakeholders
- Establish trusted advisor client relationships to enable mutual growth in the future
**Criteria for Success**
- Revenue; margin growth; Customer Satisfaction, forecasting accuracy; customer/partner success; opportunity conversion rate
**Decisions or processes they own**
- Demand plan, forecast and budget for accounts;
- Account and customer plans
- Strategic customer, account, and opportunity plans
- Commercial GTM with local partners;
- Sales strategy;
- Recommendations on direct vs. indirect strategy;
- Regional partner selection and joint account plans;
- Work with team on customer escalation points
**Required Skills and or Experiences**
- Proven track record of meeting and beating the revenue and business objectives for large accounts.
- Success selling complex network solutions and enterprise software solutions.
- Masters/bachelor’s degree in engineering/Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- IOT and energy/ environmental sustainability knowledge
- Strong account mapping ability to deal key stakeholders at different level
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage stretched assignments
- Highly resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Self-motivated with high quality and ethical standards for themselves and others
- A strong team player and collaborative in nature
- Solid analytical and consulting skills with good knowledge of industry best practices

- Comfortable with working with senior executives and developing relationships at that level;
- Ability to develop an and drive capture teams capable of delivering on goals and commitments;
- Must be highly collaborative, and business results focused
