
Human Resource Assistant

Assist the HR Manager in daily HR operations, not limit to employee relations, payroll, leave management, and employee records
- Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork
- Handle employee relations
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Assist F&B to do roster
- Assist in recruitment processes such as posting, updating and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Assist to screen resume, conduct interviews and exit interviews
- Participate in policy updates and documentation
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties
- Conduct orientation and coordinate training sessions for new employees
- Handle any HR-related reports and employee queries
- Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
- Any other duties as required
**Job Requirements**:
- Able to work independently and work as a team player
- Able to multi-task and work with mínimal supervision
- Able to handle confidential information
- Good computer literacy in MS Office Applications
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,700.00 per month
