**Program Manager, Business Integrity, Experience Ops Responsibilities**:

- Drive process consistency across Business Integrity teams
- Identify areas where we need to improve our processes across the team and implement them
- Own the governance of team RACI models
- Partner within and outside the team to forecast and plan staffing models to support top priorities
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Ops partners and Product Marketing to lead or contribute to large scale projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale
- Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your position
- Leverage data informed insights to drive new products and initiatives
- Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals
- Manage, coordinate, and/or support any business experience related projects and programs as needed
- Be comfortable in a dynamic, fast moving environment and ambiguous situations that need to be managed.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Experience resolving and communicating about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences
- 7+ years of experience in product/program management or related field
- BA/BS or Advanced Degree
- Analytical skills, with experience solving problems using data and providing practical business insights/cases
- Experience working with diverse international and cross-functional teams across various timezones and organizations
- Experience influencing data, business, and engineering teams through an understanding of business and ecosystem needs
- Experience being a “connector” across teams and managing a program/project against KPIs through to completion

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience performing analytics work or manipulating data sets
- Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
- Knowledge or experience of SQL
- Advanced degree
- Understanding of relevant landscapes including ad tech, outsourcing, policy, and spaM/Fraud
