**Program Manager, Business Integrity Responsibilities**:

- Partner with cross-functional teams, in particular our Sales function to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solving ongoing operational problems at scale
- Build strong, strategic relationships with Leaders across the Sales and Business Integrity organisations
- Improve operational metrics through education initiatives and proactively communicate regular updates, concerns, trends and the impact of changes to internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively communicate our broader policy approach to internal and external audiences, representing specific policy areas as required
- Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions
- Leverage data informed insights to drive new products and initiatives
- Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals
- Identify trends to enhance the support and detection processes and improve team efficiency
- Manage, coordinate, and/or support policy enforcement projects as needed

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or Advanced Degree
- 5+ years of program management or relationship management experience.
- Experienced communicating with a variety of audiences (internal, external, 1:1 and at scale).
- Experience working with international or cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (ie: operations, project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems).
- Analytical skills, with experience solving problems using data and providing practical business insights/cases.
- Experience influencing data, business, and engineering teams through an understanding of business and ecosystem needs.
- Experience resolving and communicating about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience being a “connector” across teams and managing a program/project against KPIs through to completion.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working and communicating with global teams.
- Experienced at influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
- Experience in sales support / enablement.
- Understanding of relevant landscapes including ad tech, policy, and spaM/Fraud.
- Experience in the business analysis of processes, metrics, workflows, or operations.
