**Job Title : Events/Promotions Executive**

Duties:
**PR and Digital**
- To plan and develop the digital (on all available digital platform) PR/Media strategy based on strategy planning from promotion team.
- Create a PR/Media plan to achieve campaign objectives within the allocated budget.
- Creating or recommending best digital media strategies to attract and retain customers/audience
- at company best interest - Profit & Budget.
- Working closely with promotion team to understand their needs, wants, and objectives, and then determining which media channels fit best for specific promotion campaigns.
- Organise & send, Prepare media kit, goodie bag, invite list, KOL/bloggers search for PR campaign.
- Ensure all media campaigns are executed in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present reports (events/ campaign/ online sale event).
**Undertaking relevant research**
- Collecting and analyzing information from Online & Digital Marketing team on different digital media channels - post-campaigns results and recommending refinements.
- Analyzing data, thinking creatively and designing innovative strategies to make sure promotion campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way possible.
- Assessing the impact, suitability and competitive analysis of different media types used to target certain markets based on promotion's team objectives.
**The Skills**
- Social skills: The job can be very social because it entails working with different section/department of colleague, so an interest in and ability to socialize with colleagues and outsider is paramount.
- Marketing knowledge: Also important is an understanding of how promotion and advertising works.
- Entertainment media knowledge: From there, media planners must know the new digital retailtainment world, websites, blogs, social media offerings available in depth.
- Computer skills: The media planner job involves research using several online databases.
