**Responsibilities**
- Own Singapore and Malaysia revenue targets for conversion from existing user base.
- Design and conduct A/B tests for campaign optimisation and improvement.
- Track and report on campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion, providing actionable insights and recommendation to improve on campaign performance.
- Gatekeeper of customer contact to prevent spamming from the various campaign teams; responsible for minimising Unsubscribe rate.
- Champion data quality internally, influencing data collection teams to improve the quality and accuracy of the data they collect, so you can farm the base more effectively.
- This is an individual contributor role.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written English
- Proficient with Hubspot
- Able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup is a plus
