
Program Sales Manager

**Business Development & Growth**
- Contribute and support a strategic plan to establish and expand the basketball league programs across Singapore.
- Recruit junior players into paid programs.
- Identify and secure partnerships with local businesses, sponsors, and community organizations to drive revenue.
- Build relationships with schools, universities, sports complexes, and community centres for league venues.
- Research and analyze market trends to optimize league offerings and attract more participants.
**Marketing & Brand Development**
- Organize promotional events, tryouts, open gyms, and community engagement activities to generate excitement.
**Community & Player Engagement**
- Build strong relationships with basketball organizations and stakeholders across Singapore.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business development, sales, or sports management.
- Strong knowledge of basketball rules, league operations, and competitive structures.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong experience in marketing, sponsorship sales, and social media management.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site issues.
- Proficiency in event planning, budgeting, and sponsorship acquisition.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends to support league operations.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Background in one or more of the following - sales, marketing, sponsorship, fundraising, or community engagement.
- Familiarity with sports management software and digital marketing tools.
- Fluency in English is required.
