Job Description:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end customer programs, from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables, timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between engineering, operations, supply chain and quality teams to align project goals with customer requirements.
  • Monitor and report program progress, risks and opportunities to senior management, with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to support new business development and product improvement initiatives.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including contract negotiations, proposal development and technical discussions.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
    Ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct superior or management.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience, preferably in Semiconductor, Precision Engineering, or Manufacturing industries.
  • Strong technical foundation in mechanical or precision engineering.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and program management, preferably with international customer exposure.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, with a hands-on approach and high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across functions and mediate between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technically inclined, resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in program/project management tools and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
