- Handle logistics such as transportation, lunch arrangements, dormitory coordination, and vehicle administration. Oversee general office administration including filing, communication support, and basic IT coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
**Logistics Coordinator**
- Freight bookings (sea/air) and courier service bookings
- Lorry/crane scheduling as needed
- Coordinate shipping documentation - Create Airwaybill, Accounts to prepare Commercial/Proforma Invoice, Store to prepare Packing List.
- Liaise with freight forwarders to obtain shipping quotes and confirm schedules for shipments
- Liaise with clients to schedule shipments, deliveries or pickups
