Our Client is a well-known Korean company, operating duty-free shops overseas, including in Singapore. This position will report to HR/GA Manager with a team of 2 HR/GA Assistants to support 5 HR Executives
【 What you will be doing 】
Human Resources Support:

- Assist HR Executive to create P-files and upload P-files to a shared drive or Retail Level
- Coordinate employee welfare (ordering of congratulatory / get well baskets/wreaths etc)
- On-boarding support - issuance of retail uniform, preparing of onboarding kit and seating arrangements for new hires
- Support any other HR administrative duties assigned by the Manager or HR Executives

General Affairs and Admin Support:

- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls from the main line
- Handling of courier/postal matters
- Checking of the corporate mailbox and distribution of mail
- Managing the meeting rooms book and ensuring they are kept tidy and clean at all times
- Ensuring the telephone and contact lists and Organization chart are maintained and up-to-date
- Admin Support to like travel arrangements/expense claims/visas / corporate credit cards expenses etc
- Assist in Office events e.g CNY Lunches/Xmas Parties/Town halls/Major meetings etc
- Support Covid 19 Safe Management Measures - coordination of ordering and distributing of PPE
- To manage the corporate pantry and office stationery supplies replenishment
- General maintenance of office alarm, premises and equipment
- Raising of Approval at EP portal and submission of invoices for payments in Glob+
- ** Requirement**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in HR support or office admin
- Strong interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Fluent in English and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
