DESIGNATION : Executive / Senior Executive, Communication (1-year contract), SMUA
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position supports the operations of SMU Academy in the areas of communicating with programme participants on logistics and administrative support matters, especially during the pre-course and during-course phases. The major job duties and responsibilities for this position include:
- Transfer/withdraw individual participants, when necessary, in the system and update relevant stakeholders
- Collect and consolidate Letter of Undertaking (LOU) from participants
- Staff is to perform course support duties mínimally 2-4 times in a year to stay current with the latest operational processes and SOPs of the Academy
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma or Degree
- Applicant with minimum 2 years working experience would be advantageous
- Self-driven, meticulous, resourceful and adapt to changes well
- Able to work collaboratively with others
- Possess good level of written and communication skills
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency
- Able to work with data to interpret and generate reports
- Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS), Training Management System (TMS), and TP Gateway would be advantageous
