DESIGNATION : Executive / Senior Executive, Comms Team (1-year contract; 2 vacancies), SMUA

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position supports the operations of SMU Academy (SMUA) in the areas of communicating with programme participants on logistics and administrative support matters, especially during the pre-course and during-course phases. The major job duties and responsibilities for this position include:

- Transfer/withdraw individual participants, when necessary, in the system and update relevant stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Adaptable and flexible
- Possess good level of written and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency
- Able to work collaboratively with others
- Able to work with data to interpret and generate reports
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to adapt to changes well
- Familiarity with Learning Management System
