DESIGNATION : Executive/Senior Executive, Operations Logistics (approx 3 mth contract), SMUA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
- Ensure proper set-up of course venues and online sessions prior start of course.
- Administer face-to-face and online courses.
- Maintain zoom recordings and log reports.
- Manage logistics matters and indent logístical items.
- Perform routine checks on the quality of course set-up.
- Staff may require to work on 3-5 weekday nights/weekends in a month as the Academy does run programmes outside office hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree.
- Self-driven, meticulous, resourceful and adapt to changes well.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Possess good level of written and communication skills.
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency.
