**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Job Description & Requirements**:
- Assist the sales team to generate all necessary sales document, such as sales quotation, sales/purchase order, packing list, delivery order and invoice.
- Attend to other sales processing matters, as and when required.
- Arrange delivery of goods using 3rd party logistic ,etc.
- Ensure proper filing of all sales related documents and keying in data into the Dept’s database
- Maintain an up-to-date stock status, products’ price list and portfolio.
- Handle customer-after-sales
- Experience in export, advantage
**Others**:
- Training and proper guidance will be provided
- 5 working day (Mon-Fri),8.30am-6pm
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
