Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist in preparing sales quotations
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery or follow-up.
- Follow up with customers on order status, payments, and inquiries.
- Process and manage sales orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production and finance) to ensure timely delivery.
Administrative Support:
- Handle office correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.).
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
- Prepare invoices and documentation.
- Support HR or accounting tasks as required.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of sales and administrative procedures.
- Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar dual-role is an advantage.
