**Role Description**
As a Business Development Executive at Monbleu, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to create visually compelling and tailored pitch decks that highlight our agency's capabilities, case studies, and success stories. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and developing presentations that address their specific challenges and objectives. Beyond pitch deck management, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, formulating and executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing techniques is essential to ensure our pitch presentations remain relevant and impactful.
**Job Scope**
- Generate new business leads through cold calling and develop selling strategies to expand your list of clientele and consistently exceed sales targets
- Prospecting and acquiring new clients, including payment collection
- Quick to understand client needs, negotiating contracts, and establishing pricing agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Managing and retaining the relationship with clients throughout the project duration and acting as the main point of contact between client and vendor organisation
- Expand relationships by identifying further business opportunities
- Weekly reporting to the direct superviso
**Requirements**:
- Having a background or strong understanding of the creative or marketing space.
- Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Confident in engaging potential clients in conversations and presentations.
- Good track record in closing deals
Kindly note that this hybrid role is a basic plus commission scheme position. This role will be based in Singapore, the office is located at Bukit Batok.
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
