Singapore OLEA GLOBAL PTE. LTD. Full time

**Role summary**:
We are looking for a meticulous individual with excellent organisational skills to join the Olea Distribution team. The individual will have a positive and friendly attitude with four primary areas of responsibilities (1) Manage projects and new initiatives under Distribution; (2) Manage entire suite of Distribution processes; (3) Prepare management reports and presentations; (4) Assist the Head of Distribution to manage the daily business of the Distribution Team and (5) Participate in overall strategy definition.

**Responsibilities**:
(1) Manage projects and new initiatives
- Be responsible for managing, building and delivering Distribution projects
- Lead projects with proper project management tools and ensure timeline and deliverables are met
- Engage all relevant stakeholders within the project and obtain all relevant approvals

(2) Managing end-to-end Distribution Process
- Oversee all processes under Distribution including and not limited to securitisation processes
- Facilitate process discussions to streamline and build robust processes
- Develop and digitise Distribution processes to achieve maximum efficiency

(3) Prepare management reports and presentations
- Assist the distribution team with management reporting
- Assist the distribution team with management presentations
- Assist the distribution team to create reporting and tracking for productivity and efficiency monitoring

(4) Assist the Head of Distribution to manage the daily business of the Distribution Team
- To manage daily operations and task
- Handle stakeholder queries

(5) Participate to strategy definition by giving inputs & new ideas and performing feasibility analysis. Also maintain & organize a proper market intelligence data base.

**Role specific technical competencies**:

- Knowledge in Supply Chain Financing primarily in the distribution of trade assets
- Experience in managing operations and process management
- Knowledge in regulatory requirements surrounding purchase of trade assets as an investment will be a plus
- Experience in digital product ownership will be a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

**Qualifications (training, licences, memberships and certifications)**:

- College degree level education required
- 3-5 years of experience in business management, operation management, process management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Good team-player, but also able to work independently and make logical decisions
