**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
- Customer Support: Work closely with the customer support team to resolve client issues and improve client satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales results and forecasts.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans to improve client results and achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly MS Excel).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Account management: 2 years (required)
