Senior Executive, Finance (Accounts Payable)

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Principal Assistant Director, Finance, your responsibilities include:
1. Administer and oversee the Accounts Payable and Staff Claims (Non-HR) function to ensure smooth day to day operations and timeliness of payments to Vendors

2. Provide business partnering to departments on Accounts Payable and Staff Claims (Non-HR) queries

3. Month end closing of accounts

4. Work with internal and external auditors and support the audits

5. Responsible for the various submissions on statistics and information request

6. Review and update policies and procedures as required

7. Lead and execute accounting related system enhancements and projects where required

8. Ad-hoc finance duties as assigned
