**The Role**
**As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for**:
- Developing and managing client portfolios while generating new leads.
- Analyzing customer behavior and industry trends sustain business growth & profitability by maximizing value.
- Acting as an advocate for clients to improve clients experience (e.g. identify needs, handle and resolve customer requests and complaints)
- Creating strategy to minimize customer churn.
- Maintaining strong long-term relationship with clients
- Nurturing and managing a team of 4-5 junior professionals and instilling high-performance mindset.
**Ideal Profile**
- You have 4+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client facing roles. Background in Management Consulting would also be preferred.
- You possess excellent project management abilities and have a solid track record of quality project delivery in stringent timelines.
- Excellent relationship building ability and a proven record of good client retention rates, and upsell and cross-sell targets based performance would be advantageous.
- You possess good communication and articulation abilities in English, in order to work with clients across the region.
- You take ownership and possess good problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
- You are highly goal-driven and thrive well in a fast-paced environments.
