Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technical customer success team. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong ability to collaborate and drive results.
About the Role:
This position involves managing a team of technical consultants, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective collaborations and goal achievement. Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of technical consultants to provide customer issue resolution, pre-sales presentations, and customer training.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure timely and expert support.
- Supervising day-to-day operations and training new employees.
- Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an effective people manager in leading a customer support/technical support team.
- Experience in a technical field, preferably software support for the petroleum, petrochemical, or engineering industries.
- Excellent communication, business acumen, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong customer service skills and understanding of its key metrics.
