**Customer Success Lead**
Structo is looking for an experienced Customer Success Lead to provide a world class service experience to Structo’s customers through timely and succinct communication driving both customer happiness and increasing revenue.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide a world class service experience to Structo’s customers through timely and succinct communication
- Serve as a highly knowledgeable point of contact for Structo’s suite of products
- Involved in assessing and managing Structo’s customer satisfaction on a regular basis (NPS)
- Help manage the commercial forecast, working with operations and product teams to ensure internal teams are delivering the best possible experience to our customers
- Build a world class, global success organization
- Develop and maintain weekly sales reports to track against the budget
- Develop and maintain weekly customer behaviour reports.
**Value added**
- Maximizing the clients' lifetime value with a win-win mindset for Structo’s Customers through creative offerings
- Assist Customer Success Team with existing clients to keep them satisfied with Structo’s products in order to achieve revenue maximization
- Track ecosystem partnerships to help with long-term revenue growth
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical degree preferred, Business or similar degrees can be considered.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Excellent technical communication skills.
- Customer facing experience is required.
- Managing teams across regions experience is required.
- Good at problem solving and having a hands-on attitude.
- Advance knowledge in Excel.
- Some background in finance is a plus.
- Knowledgeable or interested in basic level Analytics to develop simple models on customer behaviour.
- Excellent attitude to learn and adapt in a fast-moving startup.
- Hungry to learn and flexible to adapt to changing commercial needs.
