**About our group**:
We are Media Test and MDW Engineering, part of Seagate (A leader in Mass Data Storage Solutions). We manufacture and provide the media for Seagate HDD. Media Test and MDW Engineering is the final process of Seagate Media operation.

**About the role - you will**:

- Daily product Yield/Pace/Insertion monitoring, providing improvement plan when needed
- Reduce customer-related issues and drive for improvement
- Manage new launch programs, meeting launch requirements and timeline

**About you**:

- Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, and process interpersonal skills
- A team player with an aptitude to learn and able to work independently with minimum supervision

**Your experience includes**:

- Well versed in Microsoft Office
- Able to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide Test plans
- Problem solving and data analysis skills
- Willing to work in a Cleanroom Environment when necessary

**Location**:
Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
