The Process Engineer / Process Specialist is reporting to the Section head (Production Secondary) and has to organize and manage the engineering aspects of the respective section.

It is the responsibility of the Process Engineer / Process Specialist to:

- Maintain and improve product quality.
- Maximize efficiency of operation and machine utilisation.
- Train Assistant Engineer / Production Technician to ensure that they are able to perform their job effectively.
- Monitor and minimise scrap rate and improve yield in the section.
- Ensure that proper and documented maintenance of machines and equipment used in production.
- Ensure in-line QC, SPC and disciplined documentation of data.
- Monitor and improve process stability and SPC / process capability values.
- Ensure that work is performed in accordance ISO / IATF / EH&S policies
- Ensure that safety rules and housekeeping are observed in production and facility areas.
- Make proposals for further improvement and implement it in the production upon proposal.
- Take corrective and preventive action if non-conformance is found or process is out of control.
- Participate in the customer complaint-working group to assist and implement corrective and preventive action.
- Co-ordinate with R&D in new product development.
- Standardize and document new process development and provide training to the staff.
- Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Maintain facilities to ensure equipment are in good and efficient working conditions.

- Process strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality and Operations.

**Working Condition**:

- Working location : Woodlands Spectrum II
- Working Hours : 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Company bus pick up / drop off at Woodlands & Admiralty MRT Station
