Singapore Process Engineering Specialists Pte. Ltd. Full time $120,000 - $150,000 per year

We are looking for a candidates with the following experience/attributes:

  • At least 8 years experience in Process C&Q in larger brownfield projects.

  • Lead and perform DeltaV functional testing for biopharmaceutical process equipment systems , ensuring full alignment with URS and design specifications .

  • Troubleshoot and resolve control logic issues using DeltaV Control Studio and collaborate closely with automation engineers and vendors.

  • Drive timely preparation, review, execution, and close-out of C&Q protocols and documentation.

  • Ensure traceability to User Requirements throughout all C&Q documentation using Kneat platform.

  • Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams including Automation, QA, Engineering Compliance, Construction, and End Users.

  • Collaborate with QA and Compliance teams to ensure all documentation decisions are aligned and agreed upon.

  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues proactively , ensuring minimal impact to the project critical path .

  • Reinforce and uphold safety procedures , lead by example, and contribute to safety awareness in meetings and on-site activities.
