Senior Strategy Director

We are looking for a highly motivated strategy leader to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will serve on the company’s Senior Executive Team and will be spearheading the development and execution of ZALORA’s strategic plans across the region in conjunction with leaders across the organization. In this high impact role, you will be instrumental in defining Zalora’s strategy and leading projects that will drive ZALORA’s future. You will be using your highly tuned abilities to empathize, ideate and prioritize, and deliver solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, through developing structured business recommendations rooted in data. You will be crucial to supporting ZALORA in achieving its audacious growth and profitability goals across the dynamic and challenging Southeast Asia e-commerce industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to defining the strategic direction of ZALORA by analyzing strategic priorities, competitor performance, operational performance, innovations, markets, etc. from various internal and external sources.
- Provide thought leadership and set the intellectual agenda for the team.
- Manage and support the strategic planning process across the business.
- Consult and collaborate with senior management on strategic priorities to ensure the direction is well thought and integrated across all aspects of the business.
- Act as a key business advisor to the ZALORA CEO and Senior Management in the development and execution of the strategy.
- Lead the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives and otherwise support the business in the delivery of such initiatives by other business functions.
- Lead the Regional Strategy Team in the timely and effective delivery of ZALORA’s strategy, resulting in value creation for the business.
