Job Description**
Team Summary**
The Products and Solutions team is responsible for developing product strategy, providing the thought leadership and long-term design for the growth of comprehensive Visa products and solutions across our clients. This includes Issuer Engagement, Benefits & CVP, Digital Deployment and Digital Solutioning for both Consumer and Commercial Solutions in market.
This team is a critical function tasked with driving the use of Visa credentials and solutions across existing and new clients in the market. In addition, the Products and Solutions team also serve as key influencers of the broader payments strategy in the market that helps drive innovation and growth in the large ecosystem.
**What a Manager, Products and Solutions, Global Clients does at Visa**:
The, Manager, Products and Solutions for Global Clients will be responsible for implementing product strategy, providing thoughts and insights into the long-term design for the growth of various payment products, solutions and capabilities among the key Global Clients in Asia Pacific.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactive product support that positions Visa as a strong partner and differentiator to achieve greater engagement, preference, and mindshare.
- Focus on more strategic Dialogue with clients at Multi-Regional level and go beyond reactive or tactical coverage
- Higher and deeper penetration of VAS, new solutions and capabilities across multiple markets
- Pilot new solutions and capabilities across multiple AP/CEMEA markets with GCs and thus acting as a catalyst to drive adoption among local and regional banks.
- Build breadth and depth in coverage across working level as well as key senior stakeholders.
- Work with teams across client and Visa for smooth implementation of new solutions (specially first in market) and help smoothen the rollouts.
- Set out key client strategy and roadmap for growth, work with client organizations and internal teams to ensure execution and delivery of key growth targets

Global Clients are the Financial Institution partners that span multiple geographies across Asia Pacific region and even beyond but have regional Headquarters in SG/HK. These named clients have dedicated teams supporting them across their entire payments business - from Retail to Transaction Banking ensuring Visa has a comprehensive partnership.
This role will drive key performance indicators of cards, payments volume, market share, new products innovation and Value-Added Services. The individual will also play a pivotal role in engaging with regional and country teams across Visa’s multiple geographies and Client locations.
Another area of focus will be to lead the market’s digital payments agenda by identifying current and future products & solutions opportunities through deep client engagement, fintech/technology partnerships and awareness of technology/business trends influencing consumer behavior.
Qualifications**
What you will need**:
- Degree qualified in business and/or technology. Post graduate qualification is a plus and top-tier MBA would be an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the retail bank/consumer cards marketing businesses as well as in developing and launching new banking/payment services, debit credit cards, e-payment services and other digital products/services in a financial institution
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment navigating ambiguity successfully, prior experience leading a global team is a plus
- Excellent communication skills plus the maturity and capability to interact and navigate across multiple levels and organizations internal and external to Visa
- World-class client-facing and presentation skills
