**Purpose**:
Pricing analyst is a key actor with the pricing manager on the pricing strategy for APAC (Asia Pacific) Business Unit. She/He will contribute to business development by monitoring the value strategy. She/He works closely with other functions in RMP (Revenue Management Pricing) on strategic topics, identifies risks and opportunities to gain revenue. She/He is also a key contact for commercial teams regarding different topics (pricing, promotion, transport strategy...)
**Responsibilities**:
- Co lead pricing strategy for Asian region
- Act as a business partner with Asian commercial markets
- Follow APAC performance and give recommendation on RMP strategy
**Mission**:
**1. **Be co leader of the pricing process for APAC markets**
- Give recommendation on the pricing strategy (considering financial figures and commercial feedback)
- Work with Pricing manager to set up price list for all APAC markets
- Be a key contact for markets directors and pricing experts
- With the pricing manager, organize and co lead pricing meetings
- Analyze ongoing season performance and do REX to support decision for new season
- Coordinate the promotion timeline with Marketing and commercial team
- Coordinate international pricing strategy with other BU (Business Unit)
**2. Follow up APAC performance for ongoing seasons and improve performance**
- With the RM team, monitor APAC resorts performance and be responsible for dynamic pricing of the APAC resorts
- Monitor ADR growth, coordinate with RM team for action to support a value or volume strategy
- Participate in business reviews with analyses and inputs
- Give recommendation on RMP strategy
**3.Coordinate & communicate RMP strategy to different services**
- Coordinate with programming team the price / promo to be set up in booking system (at sales opening & ongoing season) and ensure accuracy
- Communicate to the commercial teams the last price list & different RMP actions, transfer international resorts' information from other BUs to APAC markets
- Coordinate with Paris team and APAC programing team on new resorts / services creation
**4.Participate in different projects related to RMP and to ensure the successful implementation in APAC**
- Participate in test & implementation of new strategies related to business growth
- Participate in business case for new Club Med resorts (occupancy rates, ADR, pricing factors, etc) when needed
- Take lead on the necessary discussion within the RMP team for pricing related topics
- Act as a representative to co-work, collaborate and communicate with other departments
- Support RMPulse (RMP internal tool) pricing related sections' maintenance and development for APAC BU
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Business or equivalent
- Two years of experience, and preferably with first hand experience in pricing or revenue management
- Knowledge of hospitality industry and revenue management
- Solution-oriented team player who possesses analytical background and is able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically excel)
- Knowledge of Qlikview will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
