**JOB PURPOSE**

This role is responsible for managing demand generation, supply management for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and India Specialities business, drive business growth by enabling accurate demand plan through working and coordinating with different functions - Commercial, Customer Service and Master Planning, identify key supply-demand imbalance, evaluate options and propose solutions.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITES**
- Drive forecasting activities and process in the responsible countries, work with cross-functional stakeholders from S&OP schedule communication, commercial forecast collection, demand variance analysis, constraint supply discussion to S&OP finalization for M4-18 months horizon
- Work with Global S&OP team, E&BS, Commercial to monitor demand and sales position against sales plan, highlight the risk, coordinate with cross-function team to reconcile significant variances
- Collaborate with Master Planner to strategize/optimize supply chain solutions to maximize sales, improve customer satisfaction and minimize inventory investment
- Cooperate multiple functions to keep improving service level, drive SCM KPI to meet yearly targets
- Drive optimization opportunities to improve processes, methods and procedures with efficiency
- SAP Master data maintenance and optimization
- Develop all staff and grow their talent through training and career development plan

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree or above in supply chain, logistics, planning
- 8 years of supply chain experience, 3 years of management responsibility in planning
- Demand/ Supply Planning / Master Planning experience, strong knowledge of demand planning process
- Experience in SAP Planning system, Operations and/or Six Sigma related training
- Strong analytical abilities, data driven and ability to work across geographies, cultures and drive cultures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
- Demonstrate success in a metrics-oriented environment and an ability to create, track, and report out on metrics
- Progressive career history, entrepreneurial spirit, management skills and leadership ability
