Your new role
- Deliver solution proposals for both potential and current customers.
- Drive the development and definition of IT strategies as well as continuous process improvements by optimally leveraging IT solutions.
- Take charge of customer engagements, managing expectations, and defining demands such as quality, scope, and effort/cost estimation.
- Gather and refine business needs and requirements, acting as an important link between the IT, Operational, and Business Development teams.
- Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end process from demand to service delivery as well as solution strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven track record in managing the full spectrum of IT demand activities as well as project management.
- Strong knowledge and proven working experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) as well as project and process management tools is a must.
- Background in the 3PL/4PL contract logistics or supply chain driven sector will be an added advantage.
