**Position Summary**:This position is based in our Singapore office and will report to the Asia Operations Director. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for executing orders for all of Wellness Pet Asia’s customers in the region including Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, China, Japan and New Zealand. Working collaboratively with our internal sales and product supply team, our Customer Service Rep will deliver sales support using the Wellness Pet operating way, in order to delight our customers.

**Position Description (Responsibilities)**
- Order administration - Process orders from customer and follow through until successful shipment, including:

- Order entry in ERP system
- Validation of orders for pricing, minimum order quantities, lead time, etc
- Order acknowledgement, confirmations, change management
- Daily monitoring of order status and parts availability to ensure timely delivery
- Coordination with booking agents or ship operators for supply schedule / vessel loading
- Troubleshoot shipment issues. Able to review appropriate data and make applicable recommendations
- Provide order support service to customers including ad hoc enquiries, quotations, claims processing
- Work closely with sales and supply planning teams on completion timetables and delivery plan.
- Maintain proper record keeping of all transactions for audit trail purpose.
- Prepare weekly business intelligence reports and KPI dashboards
- Participate in sales and operations related projects as needed (new product launches, phase outs and platform changes etc.)
- Live the Wellness Pet Vision, Mission and Values and do whatever it takes for the pets who depend on us

**Position Requirements**:

- At least a Higher Secondary, Pre-University, A-level. Preferably with Diploma/Degree in related discipline
- Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at a high level of proficiency is a must
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in Customer Service or Order Fulfilment environment.
- Knowledge or experience with ERP system preferred. Order entry and amendment, running enquiry reports.
- Able to attend occasional evening or morning calls to communicate with teams outside Singapore. Necessary tools will be provided.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail; thorough and accurate
- Working knowledge and understanding of WMS concepts is a plus
- Able to start immediately
