**Role**
Provide admin support to Sales/Segment/Marketing teams and be responsible for office administrative functions for Lubrizol Additives in Southeast Asia to ensure effective and efficient operations.
**Responsibilities**
Admin Support:
- Provide admin support to Sales/ Segment/ Marketing teams
- Organize customer and internal meetings/trainings
- Assist in overseas visitors visit (schedule meetings, accommodation and transfer)
- Manage sample inventory and coordinate samples to customers
- Manage SAP purchases for Singapore and Indonesia sales related expenses
- Coordinate distributor agreements and document/contract signing
Office Admin Functions:
- Raise Purchase Requisitions for office stationery and shared services in SAP
- Manage corporate passes
- Manage and update office assets
- Raise Maintenance Request for Admin maintenance order requests
- Attend monthly Responsible Care meeting and site inspection
- Backup for local and overseas courier dispatch
**Requirements**:
- Possess Diploma qualification or above.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in providing administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Integrity, willing to provide help, detail-oriented
- Good command of written and spoken English
