Senior Executive Officer, Special Projects Unit

**Job Category/Programme**: Administrative
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist the Head (SPU) in developing talent development programmes and projects for Special Projects Unit (SPU).
- Provide administrative and logistics support for SPU.
Work closely with the SPU team to oversee projects from inception to completion, including developing, coordinating, and documenting detailed tasks for successful execution.
- Assist in formulating SPU guidelines, policies, SOPs and related documents.
- Assist in other duties assigned by the Head (SPU) and Head (PPO).
**For Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP) & Special Projects**
- Develop and enhance the experience and smooth implementation of NAFA’s Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP).
- Provide executive support to ensure the smooth implementation of the Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP).
- Project manage, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of the Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP) and Special Projects. Oversee related processes and documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in a related discipline with 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
- Positive, enthusiastic, resourceful and takes the initiative to drive results
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with good planning and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for working with youths and must have an interest in the arts
