About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Executive (Special Projects) to join our team, focusing primarily on award management and special projects. The role requires strong organisational and interpersonal skills to coordinate, execute, and manage corporate events, particularly our flagship award programmes. You will play a key role in sourcing clients, liaising with stakeholders, managing event logistics, and maintaining high service standards throughout.
Key Responsibilities- Manage award applicants and clients, acting as a key liaison for special project secretariats.
- Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of events and programs.
- Handle all venue-related logistics, including sourcing, rental negotiations, and regulatory approvals.
- Oversee end-to-end event logistics — from vendor management and budget tracking to on-site coordination.
- Prepare and monitor pre- and post-event costings; ensure events are executed within budget and meet quality expectations.
- Develop creative event proposals and suggest suitable venues in line with project objectives.
- Manage sponsor relationships and assist with corporate sales and business development.
- Support attendee and guest registration systems for a seamless event experience.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as required by management.
- Diploma or Degree preferred; fresh graduates with relevant experience welcome to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in events management or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage.
- Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Familiarity with Singapore's award landscape and regulatory requirements is preferred.
