Senior/executive Officer, Special Projects Unit

**Main Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Assist in developing talent development programmes and projects
- Provide administrative and logistics support
- Work closely with the SPU team to oversee projects from inception to completion, including developing, coordinating, and documenting detailed tasks for successful execution
- Assist in formulating guidelines, policies, SOPs and related documents for SPU
- Assist in other duties assigned by the Head (SPU) and Head (Planning & Projects Office)
**For NAFA Talent Development Programme (NTDP) and Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP)**
- Develop and enhance the experience and smooth implementation of NAFA Talent Development Programme
- Provide executive support to ensure the smooth implementation of Talent Development Programmes
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of NAFA Talent Development Programmes
- Oversee related processes and documentation
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualifications of Diploma in a related discipline with 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
- Positive, enthusiastic, resourceful, and results-oriented
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with good planning and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for working with youths and preferably has an interest in the arts
