**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for smooth day-to-day operations of the branch under the direction provided by management
- Provide leadership, support and guidance to all staff to improve overall performance.
- Develop comprehensive resource requirements and action plans to achieve and grow sales targets
- Be familiar with social media and know how to publish videos，promote promotion and advertisement.
- Keep and monitor staff records and time attendance to include leave and sick days
- Communicate & resolve all customers queries & complaints in a professional manner & establish strong customer relationship with all customers
- Oversee and appraise staff performance, encourage and develop staff motivation and teamwork
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the outlet and conformance to the Health & Safety regulations as required by authorities
- Responsible for inventory management. Evaluates stock levels of supplies and oversees repair or replacement of equipment and supplies.
- Collate report every end of the month
- Manage and ensure sales revenue & KPIs of the branch are met.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 Year(s) experience as Beauty Salon/ Aesthetics/ Personal Care or Outlet Sales & Operation manager is required for this position.
- Proven performance with strong track record in personal & outlet sales will be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Computer proficient and with working knowledge of service software and systems.
- Meticulous, good organizational and operations skills.
- Arrange staff induction, training and development
- Execute productivity increase strategies and optimize staff and procedural value
- Must be able to work on weekends.
