DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager, Learning Management System (3-year contract), SMU Academy

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a team of 4 Senior/ Executives
- Manage and ensure all the planned classroom/webinar sessions are created accurately and on timely basis prior to course commencement;
- Virtual classroom accounts are integrated into the correct trainer account(s) for each planned course;
- Oversee and ensure the course(s), assessment components, and course evaluation are accurately assigned to course participants based on their approved registration
- Manage and ensure all the various assessment components and results in the LMS are synced to the participants’ account and with the Training Management System (TMS)
- Support operational activities and processes related to the LMS and TMS
- Apprise and evaluate the effectiveness of LMS configurations for the different types of SMUA courses
- Staff is to perform course support duties mínimally 2-4 times a year to stay current with the latest operational processes and SOPs of the Academy

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills
- Self-driven, meticulous, resourceful and adapt to changes well
- Able to handle and resolve work challenges at the 1-level up job position
- Able to work collaboratively with others
- Coach and mentor team members
- Possess a good level of written and communication skills
- Able to work with data to interpret and generate reports
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency
- Possess a service mindset
- Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS), Training Management System (TMS), and RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, and Workato will be advantageous
