**Job overview**

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be part of a team that is the first point of contact for our 500+ Salesforce users spread across the globe. Your work will vary from day to day, covering activities such as user training, issue resolution, building reports, user administration and data clean-up. Where appropriate you will escalate to either a business operations or technical development team.

**Responsibilities**:
**In this role you will**:

- Management of support queue, including reporting on progress
- Provide best practice guidance and training to users
- Resolution or escalation of support issues as appropriate
- Building of reports
- User administration
- Performing of ad hoc data loads
- Integration and Third-party apps maintenance

Qualifications:
**You are a good fit if**:

- You have at least **3** years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator
- Are Salesforce Administrator certified
- Must demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, communicate effectively with the customers and at all levels of the organization
- Experience managing stakeholders and their expectations
- Exposure working and Understanding of Salesforce Objects, Roles, Fields, Customisations, Validation rules, Data loader, Workflow rules, Process Builder, Flows, Sandbox Lifecycle, Deployments, change sets, Managed Packages, data management, data loader, Salesforce Apps, Salesforce for Outlook
- Knowledge of building/fix reports and dashboards
- Working exposure across Sales core cloud products (Sales and Service) and exposure to Pardot and CPQ will be added advantage
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps will be an advantage but not essential
- Analytical thinker with the ability to respond to issues and solve problems
- Self-managing and self-organised, with the ability to prioritise appropriately
- High-energy, self-motivated and goal-oriented
