Salesforce Administrator

Perform new user setup and training.
- Ensure security and data access limits are maintained and well-designed.
- Stay current with the periodic Salesforce releases, advise IT and business on identifying and leveraging applicable updates and feature enhancements.
- Install and configure packages from AppExchange.
- Maintain user roles, security and profiles.
- Create and maintain custom objects and fields, handle bulk data migration, maintain page layouts.
- Liaise with IT departments, Business Operations, Project Management Office, and business stakeholders for Salesforce based enhancements, integrations and operational support2.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality
- Declarative programming of workflows and custom objects
- Write and update basic Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce Pages, Components and Controller.
- Use basic JavaScript and HTML coding
- Maintain sandbox development environments
- Implement resulting updates and corrections in a timely manner
- Ensure proper data structure and relationships are maintained
- Routinely check for data accuracy and perform data cleanup and de-duping procedures
- Be proficient with DataLLoader and advanced Excel use for data manipulation
- Analyze data and creating reports with strong spreadsheet, database query experience (e.g. SQL), statistical and forecasting skills4. Support Accountability
- Provide day-to-day end-user support including resolution of Tier 1 and 2 support issues, system configuration and maintenance
- Train end users, prepare related documentation (requirements, training materials, process and data flows, use cases, functional design, etc), participate in cross-functional teams, communicate key messages or address critical questions from the user base involving the CRM5.
- Design and maintain a variety of business reports and dashboards, both regular and ad-hoc
- Support business needs in establishing and enhancing reporting and analysis capabilities
**Requirements**:
- Ability to communicate precisely and effectively with collaborating teams and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Undergraduate degree required; degree in related field (computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration) preferred; Advanced/graduate degree desirable. 5-7+ years of post-undergraduate work experience in business analysis, sales or business operations/enablement and/or information technology.
- Salesforce Admin 201, Sales Cloud and/or Developer certification required.
- Experience supporting both development and production environments.
- Thorough knowledge of cloud based SaaS solutions, web services architecture, object oriented programming and MS Office.
