Reports to Dean / Executive Director and management on student administrative matter.

**REGISTRAR**
- Responsible for student administration, support and records
- Supervises and manages the Registrar’s Office to ensure smooth operation and provide quality service to all stakeholders
- Oversees student support services to provide caring support and organise student activities to build a vibrant student community
- Ensures high level of security of the School data and practises confidentiality with regards to all students’ and official records
- Ensures the campus facilities to be sufficient, clean and in good working order
- Plans the academic calendar
- To be the Administrator of the Student Management System
- In charge of all communication systems that are vital to the dissemination of information to students
- In charge of organising graduation functions
- Administration and consolidation of student data and compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and returns
- Oversees the engagement of alumni community
- Ensures compliance to PE (Acts) and EduTrust requirements
- Reviews, recommends and implements improvement to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness and total customer satisfaction
- Plan duties, training and development of the Registrar Office staff and conducts performance evaluation Ensures the meeting of the annual departmental budget

**QUALITY ASSURANCE**
- Assist MD in developing and complying with a quality assurance system that supports, contributes and integrates with the organization’s business, strategic plans and academic standards.
- Assist MD in developing and maintain the quality assurance frameworks in line with EduTrust and regulatory requirements by the Council for Private Education.
- Liaise and work with external parties on implementing systems/structures required to conform with various quality certification schemes.
- Work with internal departments to ensure compliance with the standards required by relevant government agencies and overseas universities/external education partners.
- Assist in internal and external audits for the various quality certification schemes and academic standards, and ensure closure of relevant corrective action plans.
- Organise and execute internal audits to ensure adherence to external/internal academic and quality standards and established policies/procedures.
- Maintain and manage quality-related documentation for the school.
- Administer different surveys to stakeholders.
- Administer all feedback from stakeholders.
- Collate and compile key statistical and qualitative analysis reports for school management.
- Compile and maintain policies, operation manuals, key performance indicators and organisational results.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to Academic Board, universities, external education partners and government agencies, and up-to-date maintenance of records.
- Act as secretary for internal quality assurance meetings.
